Adam Cruces (born 1985 in Houston, lives and works in Zurich) trained at the Kansas City Art Institute and the Zurich University of the Arts. His work explores the sensitive relationship between humankind and nature, drawing on rural landscapes with ambivalent atmospheres. He combines painting, sculpture, and video in installations that question notions of landscape, domestication, and otherness. In 2013, he received the City of Zurich Art Prize and, in the same year, the Canton of Zurich Art Prize. Exhibiting internationally, he is currently represented by the Blue Velvet Gallery in Zurich.


Louisa Gagliardi (born 1989 in Sion, lives and works in Zurich) trained at ECAL and the Gerrit Rietveld Academie Amsterdam. Since 2015, she has developed a pictorial practice that blends traditional painting with digital tools. Her internationally exhibited work explores identity, social transformations, and the contemporary experience in the post-internet era. She is represented by the Eva Presenhuber Gallery in Zurich and Vienna, the Rodolphe Janssen Gallery in Brussels, and the Dawid Radziszewski Gallery in Warsaw.
